Conditions of use

We operate this site for the purpose of advertising equipment and raw foods to customers and potential customers. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may modify the conditions so please continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing or using this site. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then don't use this site.

Our terms and conditions of sales

These terms will apply to all your purchases of items from the our store, whether you are ordering online or by telephone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

We may change these terms from time to time. Please check them before you make a new purchase.


You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, or by phone. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure. 


Refunds are sent back on your credit card or in a form of a check to your address or in a form of a gift certificate to use in our store. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund check.  

Your agreement with us

We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order.

Shipping Policy

We use FedEx ground and USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipments. Please allow up your package to arrive within 3-7 business days. 

International Orders and Shipments

We are not responsible for any duty or tax fees once the package is shipped outside of the US. We do not accept any refunds if the item gets lost in the mail or duty fees can not be covered by the customer. Please be aware that not all items shipped internationally will have a tracking number. Once the package leaves the US border we are not responsible for the items. All sales on equipment are final outside of the US.


All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price.

Cancellations and Refunds 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual product.

While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.
