High Vitamin D Malted Chocolate Mylk Elixir
Ingredients
4 cups almond milk*
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tbs mesquite pod meal
2 tbs maple syrup - or sweetener of choice
1 tsp Veggimins High Vitamin D
1 tsp Veggimins Maca Matrix
2 pinches Himalayan crystal salt
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy! Use as you would any chocolate milk: drink a glass on its own, use over fresh granola, cereal, or oatmeal, or use as a base for smoothies.
*To make fresh, raw almond milk simply soak 1 cup of RawGuru almonds in water overnight. In the morning rinse well and blend with 4 cups of purified water and a pinch of sea salt. Strain through a RawGuru nut milk bag and store in an airtight container in the fridge - preferably glass.
