July is here which means it's officially s'more season! What better way to kick off the summer than with these delectable plant-based s’more cups that you can stash in the freezer for when the sweet tooth strikes.
1. Take 2-3 of our 85% Quite Dark Essential Bars, chop and melt them using a double boiler method with just a touch of coconut oil.
2. Cut Dandies vegan marshmallows into 3rds. You could also use their mini marshmallows.
3. Break or cut gluten-free graham crackers into small pieces.
4. Drizzle a layer of melted chocolate at the bottom of a mini cupcake liner (or you could use a silicon mold), place a graham cracker piece on top, followed by a marshmallow and more chocolate drizzled on top to finish. Garnish with a touch of flakey sea salt and place in fridge of freezer to set.
